Greenville, SC (10/27/21) – It only took 2yrs and 4 rescheduled dates but Michael BublĂ© finally made his appearance in Greenville, SC. Bringing his “North American Tour” to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena this evening fans were definitely filled with excitement as show time set in. The crooner who has earned 4 Grammy Awards along with over 75 million albums sold provided an old style Vegas show atmosphere with his performance. With a voice reminiscent of the late Frank Sinatra and a set list of classic hits such as “My Funny Valentine” and “Fly Me To The Moon” BublĂ© took you on a step back in musical time. With his classy style, commanding yet delicate vocals and a full big band orchestra backing him the arena took in a nearly 2hrs of entertainment. Between songs BublĂ© took time to interact with the crowd. He told stories of his upbringing and how he was set on becoming a professional singer since the age of 6yrs old. Michael also joked with the crowd taking a jab at himself on how long it took to get to Greenville, SC for this show. He made the show feel personal as he introduced the audience to some guests he had met at a local Starbucks earlier in the day, an aunt and her nephew, whom he invited to the event. There was also a moment where he noticed a little girl right up front holding a sign asking if her dad could sing and that this was her first concert ever. BublĂ© obliged bringing her in stage and giving Dad a mic to sing to his daughter. A performance that drew BublĂ© to tears as he had mentioned missing his 3 kids at home. BublĂ© went on to fill the night with more music singing “To Be Somebody,” “When I Fall In Love” and his mega hit “Home.” Closing out his set fans called Michael back to the stage for what would be a 4 song encore closing out with “You Were Always On My Mind.”
Michael Bublé closes out his current lists of shows with one more performance in Jacksonville, FL before taking a break. He resumes touring in July of 2022 with dates listed in the United Kingdom, Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
