KORN celebrate 30 years in Charlotte, NC with their 2024 North American Fall Tour at PNC Music Pavilion

Charlotte, NC (9/18/24) – Celebrating 30yrs as a band with their 2024 North American Fall Tour Nu Metal band Korn made a stop at PNC Music Pavilion. The 4th night of the tour delivered a sold out crowd for what would be an energetic night. Fronted by Jonathan Davis with his unique and iconic vocals fans enjoyed a night of some of the groups most notable songs. “A.D.I.D.A.S,” “Got The Life” and “Make Me Bad” were included in the 16 song set list. Joined by bandmates Brian “Head” Welch (guitar), James “Munky” Shaffer (guitar), Ray Luzier (drums) and Ra Diaz (bass) the group filled the amphitheater with high energy as have not only a great sonic but visual performance as well.

The crowd erupted in excitement as the sound of bag pipes and Jonathan emerged from darkness leading into “Shoots and Ladders” which would feature a brief portion of “One” by Metallica. “Y’all Want A Single” would find the band exiting the stage only to return for a 3 song encore. “Falling Away From Me,” “Oildale” and “Freak On A Leash” would close out KORN’s show as the fans still cheered for more.

Joining the tour as direct support is the band Gojira fresh off of their internationally aired Olympics opening ceremony performance. A fire engulfed stage only matched the intensity of the bands dynamic performance. “Backbone,” “Flying Whales” and “Another World” were included in the groups 12 song set. 

Spiritbox is the opening act for the 24 dates that carry the tour up the east coast before heading out west before ending on October 27th back in St. Paul, Minnesota.
