Greenville, SC (August 9th, 2019) – It’s not often you get to work a show with one of your favorite local bands, and a 80s icon. Seven Year Witch and Tom Keifer of Cinderella made that happen. We all got to see young music fans and old school rockers, banging their heads together.
Seven Year Witch
I’ve been a fan of Seven Year Witch for years. Witnessed some member changes, name change, and these guys still get stronger every time you see them live. With brothers Seth and Spencer Burden keeping the rhythm locked down on bass and drums, the timing stayed perfect all night. With killer bass lines and drums grabbing your attention through the whole show. Now lets talk about lead singer Aaron Langford who does back flips off the bass drum while on stage. He knows how to make sure their band’s name never leaves your mind. Even on your way home, all you’re going to think is Seven Year Witch. Check out their video on YouTube “Rags to Riches” or the whole album “Songs Our Mothers Love“ on Apple Music.
Tom Keifer
Coming out swinging hard and showing everyone he’s still got it was the legend, Tom Keifer. With a talented band, back up singers, the stage was full of people grabbing your attention. The stage presence of a singer who makes it well aware he knows how to be a leader. Playing his new material such as “Touching The Divine” and “It’s Not Enough“. Giving the young up and coming bands plenty of competition. Even bringing out some old school Cinderella hits like “Nobody’s Fool” and “Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone)“. Giving the crowd a taste of the new and the old. All the hands in the air and people screaming says they were equally both amazing.
Take some time to check out both these bands. Seven Year Witch may of been the local opener, but they are on the rise. Climbing higher with every change they make. If you’ve never heard Tom’s stuff outside of Cinderella, you must give it a listen. This guy is still pushing forward hard and everyone needs to take notice. He may not be under the name Cinderella anymore, but make sure you grab a shirt with his name across it and the new album “Rise” coming out on September 13th. Also, make sure you use and check out the bands hastag (#KEIFERBAND).
